Cháy rừng ở An Giang, nơi đàn sếu đầu đỏ từng về kiếm ăn

Ngày 23.2, ông Trần Thành Được, Chi cục trưởng Chi cục kiểm lâm An Giang, xác nhận vừa xảy ra vụ cháy rừng tại khu vực đồng cỏ bàng nằm trong diện tích đất rừng đặc dụng do Ban quản lý Khu bảo tồn Loài – Sinh cảnh Phú Mỹ quản lý. Đây là nơi từng có 9 cá thể sếu đầu đỏ về kiếm ăn vào tháng 3.2025.

</p> <figure class="VCSortableInPreviewMode" type="Photo" style="" wp_automatic_readability="1"> <div></div><figcaption class="PhotoCMS_Caption" wp_automatic_readability="2"> <p data-placeholder="Nhập chú thích ảnh" class="">Lực lượng chữa cháy nỗ lực dập tắt đám cháy</p> </figcaption></figure> <p>Theo đó, lúc 18 giờ 38 ngày 22.2, Hạt Kiểm lâm khu vực IV nhận tin báo có vụ cháy tại khu vực đồng cỏ bàng, thuộc tổ 8, ấp Trần Thệ, xã Giang Thành, An Giang.</p> <p> Ngay sau đó, Hạt Kiểm lâm khu vực IV chủ động tham mưu cho UBND xã Giang Thành huy động 139 người thuộc nhiều lực lượng điều động 2 xe chữa cháy chuyên dụng, 3 xe ô tô tải, 4 máy bơm phao, 105 cuộn vòi chữa cháy và một số công cụ dụng cụ khác đến hiện trường phối hợp chữa cháy. Đây là khu bảo tồn có 9 cá thể sếu đầu đỏ về kiếm ăn vào tháng 3.2025</p> </figcaption></figure> <p>Qua thống kê, vụ cháy đã gây thiệt hại 0,25 ha diện tích đồng cỏ năng, cỏ bàng xen lẫn cây tràm nước nằm trong diện tích đất rừng đặc dụng do Ban quản lý Loài – Sinh cảnh Phú Mỹ quản lý.</p> <p> Tại thời điểm cháy, qua kiểm tra thực tế đơn vị, Khu bảo tồn Loài – Sinh cảnh Phú Mỹ có xây dựng phương án phòng cháy, chữa cháy; hiện trạng tại khu bảo tồn có đê bao khép kín, mực nước tại lúc cháy còn trên trảng, độ ẩm cao. Tuy nhiên, diện tích quản lý tương đối lớn nhưng hệ thống kênh mương giữ nước tại lâm phận của khu bảo tồn vẫn còn hạn chế gây khó khăn lớn cho việc vận chuyển lực lượng, phương tiện chữa cháy khi có <a class="seo-suggest-link link-inline-content" href="https://thanhnien.vn/dien-bien-moi-nhat-ve-vu-chay-tau-du-lich-tren-song-sai-gon-185260108085555939.htm" target="_blank" title="Diễn biến mới nhất về vụ cháy tàu du lịch trên sông Sài Gòn">hỏa hoạn</a> xảy ra.</p> <p>Hiện, Chi cục Kiểm lâm An Giang đã chỉ đạo Hạt Kiểm lâm khu vực IV phối hợp UBND xã Giang Thành cùng các cơ quan có liên quan điều tra, xác minh nguyên nhân, đối tượng gây cháy để xử lý theo quy định của pháp luật.</p> <p>Khu bảo tồn Loài – Sinh cảnh Phú Mỹ có tổng diện tích khoảng 1.066 ha; trong đó vùng lõi là 957,8 ha.
