21 tỉnh, thành ứng phó vùng áp thấp sẽ mạnh lên thành áp thấp nhiệt đới trên Biển Đông

Ngày 30.6, Thứ trưởng Bộ Nông nghiệp và Môi trường Nguyễn Hoàng Hiệp, Phó trưởng ban Chỉ đạo phòng thủ dân sự quốc gia, đã ký văn bản gửi 21 tỉnh, thành phố đề nghị chủ động, sẵn sàng ứng phó vùng áp thấp có khả năng mạnh lên thành <a href="https://thanhnien.vn/bien-dong-co-kha-nang-don-ap-thap-nhiet-doi-bao-ngay-dau-thang-7-18526062911241862.htm" class="link-inline-content">áp thấp nhiệt đới</a> và gió mạnh trên biển.</p> <figure class="VCSortableInPreviewMode small-img" type="Photo" style="" wp_automatic_readability="1.5"> <div bis_skin_checked="1"></div><figcaption class="PhotoCMS_Caption" data-id-seo="paragraphs-3">Ban Chỉ đạo phòng thủ dân sự quốc gia nhấn mạnh, Trung tâm Dự báo khí tượng thủy văn quốc gia cho biết, trên vùng biển miền Trung Philippines xuất hiện một vùng áp thấp có khả năng đi vào Biển Đông và mạnh lên thành áp thấp nhiệt đới.</p> <p data-id-seo="paragraphs-4">Còn theo Trung tâm Dự báo khí tượng thủy văn quốc gia, sau khi đi vào Biển Đông, áp thấp nhiệt đới có khả năng mạnh lên thành bão với xác suất khoảng 60 – 65%.</p> <p data-id-seo="paragraphs-5">Ngoài ra, trong đêm nay 30.6 và ngày 1.7, vùng biển Khánh Hòa đến Cà Mau; phía đông khu vực giữa Biển Đông, phía tây khu vực nam Biển Đông (bao gồm vùng biển phía tây đặc khu Trường Sa) có gió tây nam cấp 5 – 6, giật cấp 7 – 8.</p> <p data-id-seo="paragraphs-6">Vùng biển vịnh Bắc bộ, vùng biển từ Lâm Đồng đến Cà Mau, Cà Mau đến An Giang, vịnh Thái Lan, giữa và nam Biển Đông (bao gồm đặc khu Trường Sa) có mưa rào và giông rải rác, trong mưa giông có khả năng xảy ra lốc xoáy, gió giật mạnh cấp 7 – 8.</p> mạnh trên biển</h2> <p data-id-seo="paragraphs-7">Để chủ động ứng phó với vùng áp thấp sẽ mạnh lên thành áp thấp nhiệt đới và có khả năng mạnh lên thành bão số 1, Ban Chỉ đạo phòng thủ dân sự quốc gia đề nghị UBND các tỉnh, thành phố từ Quảng Ninh đến An Giang theo dõi chặt chẽ bản tin dự báo, cảnh báo của Trung tâm dự báo Khí tượng thủy văn quốc gia về vùng áp thấp có khả năng mạnh lên thành áp thấp nhiệt đới và gió mạnh trên biển.</p> <p data-id-seo="paragraphs-8">Các địa phương chủ động thông báo cho thuyền trưởng, chủ các phương tiện, tàu, thuyền đang hoạt động trên biển biết để chủ động phòng tránh và có kế hoạch sản xuất phù hợp, đảm bảo an toàn về người và tài sản; duy trì thông tin liên lạc nhằm xử lý kịp thời các tình huống xấu có thể xảy ra.</p> <p data-id-seo="paragraphs-9">Ban
